Our client is one of the region's leading private-sector casting operations, with over 40% of the local market for casting products.and significant export book and potential. It is part of a larger group of cement and cement services companies and back by one of the leading private equity firms in the region.
Recent acquisitions mean they seek to appoint a new overall VP of Sales of Marketing to drive expansion further in the Middle East region and also Europe. You will lead a team and be responsible for the strategic planning of products, sales and and marketing efforts to push the organisations growth to the next phase.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would come from a similar industry, with a sales network either in Europe or the Gulf, or preferably both. You should have experience leading a sales team, be at least 10 years in the industry, and have an engineering degree. On offer is a very good salary, expat package and benefits, and the backing of a leading private equity firm in order to grow the business.
