The candidate must have experience in Construction & Infrastructure Developers, Commercial/Residential buildings etc., of various real estate Projects and must have full command and knowledge of various activities which are part of the Planning Engineer and experience of extracting bill of quantities, checking the technical aspects from the drawings and implementing the contractors and various technical/BOQ related discussions with the clients will be given priority. The candidate must be energetic and healthy in order to put in hard work and preferably from the Southern part of India will be given weightage.

A Graduate Civil Engineer with Proficiency in preparation of Bill of Quantity, Planning, tendering etc.
